There is a $2000 minimum order on USHP Cabinets
Shipping charge is $29 per KITCHEN order for the continental United States. (6 cabinet minimum) Shipping on individual cabinets, or orders less than 6 cabinets, will be $149. Shipping is always $29 on shutter orders.
Marsh and High Point cabinets and vanities are shipped assembled. Each is put into an individual carton and palletized. Deliveries are made by a common carrier. The carrier will contact you to schedule a delivery time for your tailgate delivery.
Cabinets and vanities are shipped assembled. Each is put into an individual carton. They are shipped via a local CDN (Content Delivery Network) The CDN will contact the customer to schedule delivery. The delivery will be made to any first floor room or garage at no additional charge.
You must be present at the time of delivery and be able to remove the cabinets from the tailgate of the truck and move them into your home. If no packing list is supplied from the carrier, you should use the printout from the website to verify that your order is received in full.
If you schedule an appointment and are not there to receive your cabinets, the shipping company will charge a redelivery fee. You will be responsible for this and your card will be charged the amount of the redelivery fee.

Normal lead time for Marsh Cabinets is 3 weeks.
Normal lead time for UNFINISHED cabinets is 4 weeks.
Normal lead time for Mid Continent Cabinetry is 4 weeks.
Normal lead time for Plantation Shutters is 2 weeks.
Taxes will be collected for sales in the state of Georgia.
Since the items sold on the site are custom made, orders cannot be canceled once construction has started. If an order is canceled, there will be an 8% cancellation charge to cover credit card processing fees.
Because most of the items sold on USHP Cabinets are custom ordered, we do not accept returns. If there are any issues that you feel are not acceptable, we will work with the manufacturer to replace the damaged or defective item.
Every effort is made to ensure that your items arrive undamaged. Unfortunately, on occasion there are conditions beyond our control that can cause damage during shipping. If, at the time of delivery, you notice any visible damage, document the damage on the freight company's bill of lading. Also, if you suspect that there might be concealed damaged, please note that on the bill of lading. If you find any damage please call 888-684-8362 within 5 days of delivery to inform us of the damage. You will be asked at that time to fax a written letter to us stating the date of delivery, the item(s) that were damaged and describe the damage in detail. This is necessary in order for us to process a freight claim. We will process and expedite a replacement for you after the receipt of your written damage notification.
Our free kitchen planner is for use for USHP Cabinets visitors. There is no charge to use our planner, but if you use it, you will automatically be registered to receive emails from USHP Cabinets. When you register on our site, there is a box that you must check that notifies you that you will automatically be registered.
